Terms and Conditions for Package Bookings
1. Definitions
- 
Client: The person who is receiving the treatment. 
- 
Clinic: The business providing the beauty and wellness treatments. 
- 
Package: A bundle of treatments offered at a discounted rate. 
- 
Treatment: Any service provided by the Clinic, including HIFU and Cryolipolysis. 
2. Booking and Payment
- 
Booking Confirmation: All package bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when the Clinic receives full payment or a deposit. 
- 
Payment Terms: Full payment or a specified deposit must be made at the time of booking. The balance is due before the first treatment session. 
- 
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. 
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a $50 fee or forfeiture of the session. 
- 
Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 fee. 
- 
Clinic Cancellations: If the Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment or a full refund for the affected session(s). 
4. Package Validity
- 
Validity Period: Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period. 
- 
Non-Transferable: Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the purchasing client only. 
5. Refunds
- 
Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for package purchases. All package sales are final. 
- 
Partial Use: There are no refunds for partially used packages. All sessions must be completed within the 3-month validity period. 
6. Client Responsibilities
- 
Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions or medications that might affect their treatment. The Clinic is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions. 
- 
Arrival Time: Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. 
7. Liability
- 
Treatment Results: While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, results may vary between individuals. The Clinic is not liable for outcomes that do not meet client expectations. 
- 
Personal Belongings: The Clinic is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during treatments. 
8. Privacy
- 
Confidentiality: All personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing treatments and managing bookings. 
9. Amendments
- 
Changes to Terms: The Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. 
By purchasing a package, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
